Returns/Refund Policy

At Sofia Valdelli, we strive to provide our customers with superior customer service and quality products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of receiving your order(s), as described below in the return process.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods - such as grooming, beauty products, and accessories. Non-returnable merchandise includes final sale products, formal gowns, swimwear, and bodysuits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Also, note monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom on-demand designs and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

In addition, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Final Sales
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sales, clearance items and certain sale items or gift cards.

Depending on the circumstances of your return, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of defective merchandise.

Return Process

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s) and discovering an issue, please email us at sales@sofiavaldelli.com for approval and a return authorization.

Please include in your email the following:

  • Order ID #
  • Description
  • Description of the issue and/or defect
  • Clear photos of the damage(s) or a video showing the damages/defects

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and tear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit e-gift card will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, then you must include your order number, billing name & address, and the reason for return on a piece of paper.

Keep the return tracking number for your return package, to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issue a STORE CREDIT ONLY*. Store credit is issued in the form of a Sofia Valdelli e-gift card. 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Sofia Valdelli.

*In certain circumstances, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
